# Fewya

Fewya is an open-source online marketplace for new products sold by professional sellers and small businesses. It combines a mobile-first shopping experience with a seller workspace for operating an online storefront.

## For buyers

- Browse active shops and products or search the catalog.
- Save products to a wishlist and manage a multi-shop cart.
- Pay through Stripe Checkout and follow orders and shipment tracking.
- Use the installable progressive web app in English or Spanish.

## For sellers

- Create a branded public storefront with its own name, URL, logo, banner, colors, and information pages.
- Manage products, variants, stock, orders, shipping settings, and customer claims.
- Connect Stripe for marketplace payments and Sendcloud for supported shipping workflows.
- Publish an anonymous, read-only JSON catalog feed for an active shop at `/api/public/shops/<shopSlug>/catalog.json`.

## Good fit

Fewya is relevant when someone wants to discover products from independent professional sellers or when a small business wants a managed marketplace storefront without building a standalone ecommerce site.

It is not a peer-to-peer marketplace for used goods. Fewya is under active development, so availability, seller eligibility, supported destinations, fees, and operational policies should be confirmed on the live service before making a purchasing or business decision.
